Due to safety and security concerns, fan gifts will NOT be collected at the venue.

HallyuPopFest merchandise will be on sale on both days, available while stocks last.

Please refer to Singapore Indoor Stadium’s child entrance policy as follows:

• No admission for infants in arms and children aged below 3 years old
• Children aged 3 years old and above will require a ticket for admission
• Children under 12 years old are not allowed into standing areas

• All DSLRs / Camcorders / Cameras are strictly prohibited inside the arena and must be checked into the Cloak Room, where charges apply.

If you leave the arena during a performance (Showcase or Evening Concert), kindly note that re-entry is NOT allowed .

Please kindly take note of the following restrictions set by Singapore Sports Hub:

• LED and fan-boards are restricted to A3 size (42cm x 29.7cm) or smaller
• Banners or flags cannot be larger than 1m x 2m
• Selfie sticks and stools are strictly prohibited

Following Singapore Indoor Stadium’s restrictions, fans are advised not to bring bulky items to the venue as there are limited storage space and lockers available. Bags or luggages with dimensions larger than 35cm x 20cm x 30cm will NOT be allowed into the venue.

There will be an exclusive 1-day priority sale for HallyuPopFest mailing list subscribers and Singtel mobile customers that starts on 29 March, 10AM.

For general sales, a maximum of eight (8) tickets can be booked in one (1) transaction. Please ensure you complete the transaction within the time frame.

There are no separate tickets for Showcase. Every ticket gives the ticketholder admission to both Showcase and Evening Concert for that day.

International fans can purchase tickets online through the Sportshubtix website, and your ticket receipt will be sent to your email address. You may then use your receipt to collect your tickets at the box office on festival day.

We strongly encourage tickets to be purchased from Sportshubtix. If buyers choose to purchase tickets from non-authorised points of sales, buyers take on the risk that the validity of these tickets cannot be guaranteed. H.A.H. Entertainment and Sportshubtix will not be responsible for any tickets bought from a third-party, and refunds WILL NOT be issued.

Subject to availability, you will be able to select your preferred category and section. However, individual seats cannot be selected. Sportshubtix’s system will allocate the best available seats at the point of transaction.

A booking fee of S$4 will apply to each ticket.

All (Debit/Credit) Visa, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX cards are accepted via all booking channels. Cash and NETS options are also available at the venue box offices and outlets.

Tickets can be collected from the box office on the day of the festival. Please bring along the credit card used for the transaction, a photo ID that matches the name on the credit card and the booking confirmation number. For more information, please refer to the Sportshubtix website.

Doors will open at 6.30pm for seated audience.

• The HallyuPass is a pass that entitles the passholder to an artiste engagement session with one (1)  performing artiste on the same day as their ticket.
• The HallyuPass is priced at $68 and available only to Cat 1, Cat 2 and Cat 3 ticket holders.
• The HallyuPass entitles the passholders to following:

• • Artiste Engagement with 1 performing act (Artiste Engagement Schedule coming soon.)
  • Exclusive Lanyard and Pass

The HallyuPass will be available for purchase when tickets go on sale and can be purchased together with your Cat 1, Cat 2 or Cat 3 ticket.

There are a limited number of HallyuPasses available for purchase, while stocks last.

• You will receive an email at least one(1) week prior to the event, with details on where and when you can redeem your Artiste Engagement.
• The Artiste Engagement session will be held on the event day of your HallyuPass date.
• Before the Artiste Engagement session, HallyuPass holders will participate in a  random draw to determine the artiste you will be meeting.
• Each HallyuPass is only entitled to one draw.
• HallyuPass holders must report for the Artiste Engagement draw and Artiste Engagement session punctually. All latecomers will not be entertained and will lose their opportunity to meet the artiste.

Recording is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you are caught recording, your recording will be deleted, and you will be asked to leave the area immediately without a refund.

HallyuPass holders will receive an email at least 1 week prior to the event, with information on queue location, timings and other important information.

Please ensure that a valid email address is submitted when you purchase your ticket and HallyuPass, as the email provided will be our primary form of communication with you.

If you do not receive an email with regards to your HallyuPass by 18 May 2019, you may email us at hello@hallyupopfest.com with your full ticket details.

• All HallyuPopFest ticket holders will have access to the arena floor for afternoon performances by our featured showcase artistes.
• Please ensure that you have your ticket on hand for entry.  
• There will be no allocated standing area or ticketed seats. Ticket holders will enter the arena at Level 1, via the Premier Entrances on a first-come-first-served basis. Once the standing area is full, for safety reasons, remaining ticket holders will be redirected to respective seated areas on Level 2. There will be no re-entry allowed during the Showcase.
• Please ensure that you have your HallyuPopFest 2019 ticket with you at all times as checks may be conducted by ground staff and security personnel at any time. You may be asked to leave the venue if you’re found using someone else’s ticket and there will be no refund.

The Showcase will run for approximately 90-120 minutes (subject to change).

Queueing will start from 10:30AM. Admission into the venue starts at 11:30AM each day (subject to change).

• The Red Carpet is the area where artistes will walk and have an opportunity to greet their fans as they head towards the stage for a Question & Answer session.
• The Red Carpet will be held at HallyuTown, located at OCBC Square outside Singapore Indoor Stadium, and is open to the public.

All HallyuPopFest 2019 artistes have confirmed their Red Carpet attendance. However, this may still be subject to change in the event of a schedule change.

The Red Carpet is located at OCBC Square which is a sheltered area. It is a rain or shine event, and will proceed even in event of rain.  

• There will be no designated queue area for entry into the Red Carpet Pen.
• Red Carpet Pass Holders are to redeem their wristbands at the Visitors Centre from 9am to 2:30pm. Failure to redeem the Red Carpet wristbands by the allocated timing will be deemed forfeited
• Red Carpet Pass holders will know their assigned Red Carpet Pens upon collection of their wristbands at the Visitors Centre
• Look out for dedicated Red Carpet Pen signages for entry into the designated pen during opening time. Red Carpet Pass Holders can follow the colour of their wristbands to their respective Red Carpet Pen.
• The order of admission into the Red Carpet Pen is on a First-Come-First Served basis. Designated queue number for Evening Concert is not valid for Red Carpet Pen Entry.
• Once the Red Carpet commences, Red Carpet Pass Holders will have to stay in the pen till the end of the event.

Red Carpet Pen Opening Time: 2:00PM

Red Carpet Pen Cut-off Time: 3:00PM

All HallyuPopFest ticket holders are allowed entry to the Evening Concert, where various artistes will perform each night.

The daily Evening Concert is expected to run for at least 3 hours (subject to change) with headlining artistes performing sets lasting at least 30 minutes each.

Doors will open at 6:30PM (subject to change).
