Calling all Cat 1, 2 and 3 ticket holders! Here’s your chance to win an Artiste Engagement session with the Artiste of your choice!
We have 2 (TWO) Ultimate HallyuPasses to give away, one for a Saturday ticket holder, and one for a Sunday ticket holder. Please note you may only select an artiste that is performing on the day of your ticket. Entries that pick an Artiste of a different day will be considered void.
How To Take Part:
- Be a Cat 1, 2 or 3 ticket holder
- Take a picture of yourself imitating the pose of our HPF Pals. Post it on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtags #HPFCaptureTime, #HallyuPopFest2019 and tag @hallyupopfest
- Fill in the following form (http://bit.ly/HPFCaptureTime) by 23 May 2019, 23:59. Only entries with both the post and Google Form submitted will be considered complete. Incomplete entries will be considered void.
Contest Details:
- The contest will run from 6 May 2019 until 23 May 2019, 23:59.
- Each HallyuPopFest ticket entitles you to 1 (ONE) entry.
- You may only select an Artiste who is performing on the same day as your ticket. Entries that select an Artiste from a different day will be considered void.
- Only entries with both the post and Google Form submitted will be considered complete. Incomplete entries will be considered void.
- Entries posted without the hashtags #HPFCaptureTime and #HallyuPopFest2019 or without tagging @hallyupopfest will be considered void.
- Winners will be announced at HallyuTown on the respective days, and the lucky fan will have to be present to redeem their Ultimate HallyuPass. Winners will also be announced via our social media handles.
- Winners have 10 minutes to respond. Local ticket holders will be contacted via their phone number and International ticket holders will be contacted via social media direct message. If there is no response within 10 minutes, the Ultimate HallyuPass will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
Terms and Conditions:
- This contest (the “Contest”) is organised by HallyuPopFest (the “Organiser”).
- The Contest is only open to all Cat 1, 2, and 3 HallyuPopFest ticket holders.
- Each HallyuPopFest ticket entitles you to 1 (ONE) entry.
- Submitting an entry automatically means you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
- All photo entries must be posted on either Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #HPFCaptureTime, #HallyuPopFest2019 and tag @hallyupopfest with accounts set to public in order for entries to qualify. Entries with accounts set to private will be voided.
- Both the photo and Google form must be done for entries to be considered complete. Entries that are not fully complete will be voided.
- Entries must be submitted by 23 May 2019, 23:59 hrs GMT +08:00 (the “Deadline”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Deadline at any time without prior notice. All entries received thereafter will automatically be disqualified.
- Winners have to be present at HallyuTown (OCBC Square) during the announcement to redeem their Ultimate HallyuPass. HallyuPopFest will attempt to contact winners for 10 minutes.
- If winners do not respond within 10 minutes, their Ultimate HallyuPass will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
- HallyuPopFest reserves the right to remove, in its sole and absolute discretion, any submission deemed inappropriate or that does not comply with the Contest Terms and Conditions.
- HallyuPopFest reserves the right to disqualify the winner after announcement due to ineligibility of the winner. HallyuPopFest reserves the right to reject any photos which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violative of law or unsuitable in any other manner. HallyuPopFest is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.
- Participants agree to allow all information provided to be used for research and statistical analysis. This information will not be sold or given to any third-party organisation outside of HallyuPopFest.
- By participating in the contest, participants are agreeing that the organisers of HallyuPopFest 2019 may collect your personal data, as provided, for future marketing collaterals and newsletters, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy.
- HallyuPopFest reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice.
