• Clear picture/screenshot of your ticket with visible barcode as seen below

• Face Shots (Frontal/Side)

(Eg. 12345678910 / CAT1 / Dancing / Jane Chan / 16 / Female)

All picture(s) MUST be titled as such:
Ticket Barcode Number_ Ticket Category_Name _Face Shot OR Full Ticket
(Eg. 12345678910_CAT1_Jane Chan_ Face Shot 1 )

When uploading your video file onto our Dropbox File Request:
Please fill in your respective First name, Last name and Email address
before attaching your video file.

• Video files should be no longer than 60 seconds.
• All pictures sent should be clear and in jpg format.
• We do not accept photos/videos which have been retouched.
• All materials submitted to us will not be returned to you.
• Incomplete/ Illegible applications will not be entertained.
• Please ensure that any materials submitted to us (eg. Video files) are working well. We will not be responsible for any faulty files.
• We will start notifying all applicants of the results from 1st September 2018.
