ADMISSION NOTICE FOR RED CARPET DAEBAK! PEN

• There will be no designated queue area for entry into the Red Carpet DAEBAK! Pen.
• Look out for dedicated Red Carpet DAEBAK! Pen signages for entry into the designated pen during opening time. DAEBAK! Pen A and B Holders can follow signs to Red Carpet Pen A and B respectively.
• The order of admission into the Red Carpet DAEBAK! Pen is on a First-Come-First Serve basis. Designated queue number for Evening Concert is not applicable for Red Carpet Pen Entry.
• Once the Red Carpet commences, DAEBAK! Pass Holders will have to stay in the pen till the end of the event.

ADMISSION NOTICE FOR ARTISTE ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS

• Admission into Artiste Engagement holding area, located at East Entrance, East Bridge will open at 4:30PM – 5:15PM. (timing subject to change)
• All DAEBAK! Pass holders are advised to report directly to the respective Artiste Engagement holding areas once the Red Carpet ends.
• Please ensure that you are in the queue before the cut-off time. Latecomers will not be able to participate in the event.
• Artiste Engagement Cards and DAEBAK! Passes have to be presented before entry into Artiste Engagement Area.
• Entry to the Artiste Engagement Area is subject to bag checks.
• Photography, videography, fan gifts and letters are not allowed during/inside the Hi-Touch/Group Photo event. H.A.H Entertainment reserves the right to refuse admission/evict any person whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of H.A.H Entertainment shall be final.

ADMISSION NOTICE FOR EVENING CONCERT (DAEBAK! STANDING PEN A & B)

• DAEBAK! Pen A and B – Queue starts from Level 1, Coach Bay (Tunnel beside Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office)
• The order of admission into the Standing Area is based on the designated queue number as printed on each individual ticket. The queue number is automatically generated by the system during the ticket sales transaction.
• Standing Area ticket holders are to queue up at the holding area according to the signages and the sequence of queueing number as printed on the ticket.
• All standing area ticket holders will be wrist tagged upon admission by venue ushers according to their Standing Area.
• Designated queue numbers will not be valid after 6:30PM on 7/8/9 September 2018.
• Standing Area ticket holders who arrive after 6:30PM will enter the venue only after all the ticket holders in the specific holding area have been admitted.
• Entry to the standing areas is subject to bag checks.
• No re-entry is allowed.
• DAEBAK! Pass Holders found with prohibited items such as digital cameras/DSLRs will be escorted out of the show.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Come Early! Bring Only What You Need!

• There will be security checks and large crowds. Arrive at least 1 hour earlier to avoid missing any of the opening action!

Security Checks

• There will be security checks at the entrance. For quick clearance, please travel light and bring only what you need.
• Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm will not be allowed into the venue.
• H.A.H Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.

Child Admission Policy

• No admission for infant in arms and children aged below 3 years old.
• Children aged 3 and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
• Children under 12 are not allowed into the standing areas.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• Selfie sticks, professional cameras, video recorders, digital cameras, GoPros, tablets, iPads, Polaroid cameras and all other recording devices are not allowed into the venue.
• No photography and videography are allowed.
• No Social Media live streaming of event is allowed.

Fan Boards / Posters / Toys

• Only fan boards sized A3 or smaller are allowed into the venue
• Only toys sized 21cm x 29.7cm or smaller are allowed into the venue
• H.A.H Entertainment reserves the rights to remove any prohibited items mentioned above.
