RED CARPET GENERAL ADMISSION

• There will be 300 spots for CAT 1-6 ticket holders and the general public to get closer access on the Red Carpet each day at the Public Square.
• Registration Venue: Visitors Centre
• Pre-registration Booth Opening Hours: 8:00AM – till fully redeemed
• There will be no designated queue area for entry into the Public Square.
• Look out for dedicated Public Square signages for entry into the Area during opening time.
• The order of admission into the Public Square for the 300 patrons is on a First-Come-First Serve basis.
• Once the Red Carpet commences, patrons will have to stay in the Public Square till the end of the event.
• All other patrons (without the Public Square entry) are also welcome to attend the Red Carpet, out of the designated zones.

ADMISSION NOTICE FOR EVENING CONCERT (CAT 1-6 SEATED TICKET HOLDERS)

• All CAT 1-6 Seated Ticket Holders – Entry is accordance to the designated entrances indicated on your ticket.
• Entry to Indoor Stadium is subject to bag checks.
• No re-entry is allowed.
• Patron found with prohibited items such as digital cameras/DSLRs will be escorted out of the show.

ADMISSION NOTICE FOR EVENING CONCERT (CAT 1 STANDING PEN C & D)

• All CAT 1 Standing Ticket Holders (Pen C and D) will queue at OCBC Square.
• Queueing zone opens from 4:30PM onwards on 7, 8, 9 September 2018.
• No queueing is allowed before 4:30PM (No overnight queueing).
• The order of admission into the Standing Area is based on the designated queue number as printed on each individual ticket. The queue number is automatically generated by the system during the ticket sales transaction.
• Standing Area ticket holders are to queue up at the holding area according to the signages and the sequence of queueing number as printed on the ticket.
• All standing area ticket holders will be wrist tagged upon admission by venue ushers according to their Standing Area.
• The queue number will no longer be valid after 6:00PM on 7/8/9 September 2018.
• Standing Area ticket holders who arrive after 6:00PM will enter the venue only after all the ticket holders in holding area have been admitted.
• Entry to the standing areas is subject to bag checks.
• No re-entry is allowed.
• Patron found with prohibited items such as digital cameras/DSLRs will be escorted out of the show.

Queue Start Time: 4:30PM (Applicable only for CAT 1 Standing)
Queue Cut-off Time: 6:15PM (Applicable only for CAT 1 Standing)

HALLYUPOPFEST 2018 GLOBAL AUDITIONS

• Event Duration: 9:00AM – 6:30PM (Approx.)
• Audition Venue: Singapore Indoor Stadium Function Room
• Registration Booth: Visitors Centre
• Registration Booth Opening Hours: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
• Auditionees will be required to register at the HallyuPopFest 2018 Global Audition Registration Counter at the Visitors Centre before their scheduled time slot (indicated in confirmation email).
• Please be prepared to present both your confirmation email and Identification Card during registration.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

Come Early! Bring Only What You Need!

• There will be security checks and large crowds. Arrive at least 1 hour earlier to avoid missing any of the opening action!

Security Checks

• There will be security checks at the entrance. For quick clearance, please travel light and bring only what you need.
• Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm will not be allowed into the venue.
• H.A.H Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not comply with security check requests.

Child Admission Policy

• No admission for infant in arms and children aged below 3 years old.
• Children aged 3 and above must purchase a ticket for admission.
• Children under 12 are not allowed into the standing areas.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy

• Selfie sticks, professional cameras, video recorders, digital cameras, GoPros, tablets, iPads, Polaroid cameras and all other recording devices are not allowed into the venue.
• No photography and videography are allowed.
• No Social Media live streaming of event is allowed.

Fan Boards / Posters / Toys

• Only fan boards sized A3 or smaller are allowed into the venue
• Only toys sized 21cm x 29.7cm or smaller are allowed into the venue
• H.A.H Entertainment reserves the rights to remove any prohibited items mentioned above.
